2. Goals and reasons of the data handling: REXNAVI Srl handles personal data (for instance: name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail) in order to:
- carry out a contract for an involved party or pre-contract duties upon their request (this is necessary for the requested services/goods: information about products and services, issueing of an offer or a contract); fulfill legal obligations for National or EU regulations/laws; fulfill burocratic or fiscal obligations; exercise the Controller’s legal claims.
- carry out marketing activities: sending e-mails, newsletters, commercial informatio, advertisements about goods and/or services of the Controller.
3. For a) your personal data will be handled without your explicit consent (Art. 6 b, c); for b) your personal data will be handled only with your explicit consent (Art. 7) given by clicking on a check box sent by e-mail.
4. The provision of data as per a) is compulsory. Without said data, Rex Navi would not be able to guarantee the correct execution of the obligations related to the contractual relationship. The provision of data as per b) is optional. You are free to opt out and not to provide any personal data, or you can deny that it is possible for the Controller to use your data. If so, you will not receive any newsletter or marketing information with regards to the goods and services handled by the Controller. You will be entitled to the Services as per a).
5. The processing of data will be handled in hard copy and soft copy. Data will be handled and protect according to the privacy and safety rules provided by the GDPR. Data will be neither disseminated nor transferred to other countries.
6. Receivers of the personal data: your data may be handled by Persons in Charge within the company (employees, consultants) and/or outside the company (accountants, IT specialists): an updated list can be requested to the Controller.
7. Data storage: for the time necessary to carry out contractual obligations (for buracratic, fiscal and accounting reasons) and/or until the client revokes their consent to data processing.
According to Art. 15, 18, 19, 21 of the GDPR, the party involved is entitled to ask the Controller:
